Tomorrow’s Lunch

This has become a favourite of mine on my no-carb days. It’s quick and easy. Delicious! Thinly sliced beef and vegetables stir-fried in coconut oil with a splash or two of Braggs All-Purpose Sauce.

  1. Looks delicious and easy to prepare. I noticed that you use coconut oil. I never thought of that. They usually recommend peanut oil but I’ve been using olive oil. Coconut oil would add a nice flavour too.
