There is nothing quite like the feeling of doing something you didn’t know you could do. Yesterday I deadlifted 202 pounds! (You can see a video of it here.) I hadn’t gone into that training session expecting to lift that much, and I would have been highly skeptical about my ability to do it if I had been told earlier. But I felt good. I felt strong. Lifting that weight was freaking amazing! I think this high will last all weekend, if not longer.
