How wonderful it was to enjoy some carbs today! I don’t think I went too crazy on them, although I did allow myself one small iced capp. Since the entire family will be home for supper and there is nothing scheduled to interfere with the meal, I am making roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, and Brussels sprouts for dinner. Mmmm! I haven’t had potatoes for a week, so I am looking forward to them the most.
Tomorrow is back to no carbs. I am hoping that today’s freedom to enjoy carbs will make tomorrow’s eggs for breakfast taste good again.
