No Carbs: Day 3

After three days with no carbs, I’m feeling pretty good. A slight headache kicked in mid-morning yesterday, but it is just hovering in the background, present but not a problem. I am sure that my husband would say that I was a little snarky last night, and he would probably be correct. Thankfully that didn’t last long.

It hasn’t been too difficult to stick to the no carbs so far, although I am feeling a little tired of eggs and chicken…meat in general. And green vegetables. It’s amazing how quickly I feel satiated and tired of chewing, but I will persevere.
